Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections prior to bidding. Participation in the auction signifies acceptance of the items’ condition.   Payment Payment by credit card only. Cards will be charged automatically at the close of the auction. Buyer’s Premium: 10% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot. This documentation must be submitted before sales tax can be removed from an invoice.   Removal Requirements Pickup Location: 201 Brookfarm Trail Lewisville, NC  Date & Time: May 27th  from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM and May 28th from 9:30AM - 3:30PM Buyers are responsible for all loading, equipment, and transportation. Full payment must be collected before removal. Items must be removed during the designated pickup window. No storage is available beyond the scheduled dates.    B.
