Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inspections prior to bidding. Participation in the auction signifies acceptance of the items’ condition.   Payment Payment Deadline: February 19 at 2:00 PM. Payment for Lots 1–4 by cash or certified check. All other items are credit card only. Buyer’s Premium: 10% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot. Credit Card Fee: 3.2% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Sales Tax: 7.5% sales tax applies to non-titled assets. If you are tax-exempt, we must have your valid tax exemption certificate on file. This documentation must be submitted before sales tax can be removed from an invoice. Titles: Vehicle titles will be mailed to the buyer within 15 days of payment. Titles will not be given to buyers onsite.   Removal Requirements Pickup Location: 74 East End Ave., Durham, NC Dates & Times: February 19 | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Buyers are responsible for all loading, equipment, and transportation. Full payment must be collected before removal. Items must be removed during the designated pickup window. No storage is available beyond the scheduled dates.
