Part of DWI Seized & Surplus Vehicle Auction | July 2025 (timed auction by Rogers Realty & Auction Co.)

Status: No sale

CAUTION AUCTION BUYERS – MUST READ!   All vehicles are being sold as-is where-is. Former owners cannot bid on, nor purchase their forfeited vehicles. Many of these vehicles are being sold under the constructive possession of North Carolina’s State Surplus Agency Accordingly, many vehicles have title holds that must be (and will be!) removed at the direction of the State of North Carolina post-sale NC State Surplus will not begin the removal process until you pay for your vehicle Once payment is received NC State Surplus will take steps to remove any title hold The title hold removal process takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days – to avoid any issues at the DMV, please wait at least 3 business days before taking your Form 265 to a North Carolina DMV or similar licensing agency The Form 265 is only recognized in the State of North Carolina – please obtain title in North Carolina prior to transferring to any other state Please note that many licensing agencies may incorrectly believe that the title hold cannot be removed – please do not be discouraged as we have never had a situation where the State of North Carolina was unable to clear the title hold Please reach out to Ultimate Towing should you have any issues at rsparr@ultimatetows.com.
